WCCA Certificate and WCCP Designation
The California Workers Compensation Claims Administration (WCCA) and California Workers Compensation Claims Professional (WCCP) programs of The Institutes are the gold standard professional credentials in the industry. Some 8,000 California workers’ compensation professionals have earned the WCCA certificate, while almost 3,000 have gone on to attain the WCCP designation. These programs meet most of the criteria established by the California Department of Insurance for workers’s compensation claims adjuster pre-certification and continuing education allowing you to earn CE hours.

Candidates who wish to earn credentials must purchase the recommended study materials from The Institutes and and pass the exams administered by The Institutes.
